9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All course fees paid to Trading Hood are strictly non-refundable.

Once payment is made for any online course, offline course, training program, seat booking, admission, or course access, the fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Refund will not be provided for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Non-attendance in class
  • Personal reasons
  • Internet, mobile, laptop, device, software, or technical issues from the student’s side
  • Not completing the course
  • Not joining the batch on time
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations

  • Schedule conflict from the student’s side
  • Lack of interest after enrollment

By making payment, you agree and confirm that you have understood that the course fee is non-refundable.

Trading Hood may, at its own discretion, reschedule a class, batch, session, or training program if required. In such case, Trading Hood may provide an alternative batch, rescheduled session, or course access as deemed appropriate.

Rescheduling of class or batch does not create any right to claim refund.

No refund will be provided once payment is completed.

10. Course Access and Account Sharing

Course access, study materials, recordings, notes, PDFs, links, class content, or any learning resources provided by Trading Hood are only for the enrolled student.

You are not allowed to:

  • Share course access with any other person
  • Share login details, class links, recordings, or study materials
  • Copy, record, download, resell, or redistribute course content

Violation of this rule may result in termination of access without refund and may also lead to legal action.

Trading Hood may use third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, YouTube, Odoo, payment gateways, banks, UPI apps, or other tools for communication, classes, payments, or support.

Your use of such third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Trading Hood is not responsible for any error, downtime, data issue, payment failure, delay, policy change, or service disruption caused by third-party platforms.

15. Limitation of Liability
