# Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the terms of enrollment, course access, and fee payments for all educational programs provided by Trading Hood. By enrolling in our courses, booking a seat, or making a payment, you explicitly agree to all terms outlined below.

### 1. Strict "No-Refund After Course Start" Policy 

* **Once the batch begins, or once you are granted access to the course materials, live sessions, portal, or recorded videos, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.**

* Seats and mentor slots are allocated permanently upon enrollment. Requests for refunds mid-way through the course due to personal reasons, change of mind, or lack of interest will not be entertained.

### 2. Limited Cancellation Window (Legal Safety)

To comply with fair business practices and handle genuine emergencies before services are delivered:

* **Cancellation Request (48+ Hours Before Batch Start):** If a student requests cancellation at least 48 hours BEFORE the scheduled start of the first class, a refund will be processed after a mandatory deduction of **15% (Administrative & Payment Gateway Charges)**.

* **Cancellation Request (Less than 48 Hours):** No refund or cancellation will be allowed if requested less than 48 hours before the batch starts, as that seat cannot be re-allocated on short notice.

### 3. Explicit Scenarios Where No Refund Will Be Provided

Refunds will **NOT** be applicable under any circumstances for:

* Non-attendance of live classes, missing scheduled batches, or leaving the course midway.

* Standard trading losses or financial outcomes post-learning (Education does not guarantee market profits).

* Personal scheduling conflicts, job profile changes, or lack of time from the student's end.

* Technical issues at the student’s end (e.g., poor internet connection, device incompatibility, software setup or power failure).

### 4. Course Rescheduling by Trading Hood

* Trading Hood reserves the right to reschedule specific classes, sessions, or batches due to trainer unavailability, technical glitches, or operational emergencies.

* In such cases, alternative slots or recorded backup sessions will be provided to ensure full course delivery. Rescheduling a class does not entitle a student to a refund.

* If Trading Hood completely cancels a batch from its end and fails to provide any alternative learning option, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

### 5. Duplicate or Wrong Payments

* If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, the student must contact Trading Hood with valid payment proof within 24 hours.

* Trading Hood will verify the transaction with the payment gateway. Verified duplicate amounts will be refunded after deducting standard gateway processing fees.

### 7. Purely Educational Purpose Only

* All training, courses, study materials, and topics discussed (including Option Selling, Hedging, Arbitrage, Jobbing, manual software operations like Odin, and preparation for NISM Equity Derivatives Series VIII) are strictly for **educational, academic, and historical analysis purposes only**.

* We **DO NOT** provide live trading calls, buy/sell tips, stock recommendations, or assured/guaranteed returns.

### 8. Financial Risk Disclosure

* Trading in Futures & Options (F&O) and highly leveraged instruments involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial capital.

* Any trades or investments taken by students in their personal accounts are solely their own financial responsibility. Trading Hood, its owners, or mentors will not be held liable for any profits made or losses incurred.
