By enrolling in any course, making payment, booking a seat, or purchasing course access from Trading Hood, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Trading Hood are strictly non-refundable.

Once payment is made for any online course, offline course, training program, seat booking, admission, class, batch, or course access, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

This applies to full payments, partial payments, advance payments, booking amounts, registration fees, and any other amount paid to Trading Hood.

2. Reasons Where Refund Will Not Be Provided

Refund will not be provided for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Non-attendance in class
  • Personal reasons
  • Schedule conflict from the student’s side
  • Not joining the batch on time
  • Not completing the course
  • Lack of interest after enrollment
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
  • Failure to understand or apply course concepts
  • Internet, mobile, laptop, device, software, network, or technical issues from the student’s side
  • Power failure or connectivity issue from the student’s side
  • Trading losses or financial losses after learning
  • Expectation of profit, income, job, or trading success
  • Any reason not directly caused by Trading Hood

3. Confirmation Before Payment

Before making any payment, you should carefully check and understand:

  • Course details
  • Course mode: online or offline
  • Course fees
  • Batch details
  • Course duration
  • Course content
  • Support details
  • Risk disclaimer
  • Privacy Policy
  • Terms & Conditions
  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy

By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the course details and non-refundable fee policy.

4. Course Rescheduling by Trading Hood

Trading Hood may reschedule any class, session, batch, or training program due to unavoidable reasons, trainer availability, technical issues, operational reasons, holidays, emergencies, or other circumstances.

In such cases, Trading Hood may provide:

  • Rescheduled class
  • Alternative batch
  • Alternative session
  • Course access
  • Additional support, if required and decided by Trading Hood

Rescheduling of a class, session, or batch does not create any right to claim a refund.

5. Cancellation by Student

If a student cancels enrollment, does not attend the course, leaves the course midway, or decides not to continue after payment, no refund will be provided.

The student may contact Trading Hood for available options, but any batch transfer, adjustment, extension, or support will be completely at the discretion of Trading Hood.

6. Course Access and Materials

Once course access, class link, batch confirmation, study material, notes, PDFs, recordings, or any learning resource is shared with the student, no refund will be applicable.

Course materials and access are provided only to the enrolled student and must not be shared, copied, resold, uploaded, or distributed without written permission from Trading Hood.

7. Trading and Financial Disclaimer

Trading Hood provides stock market and trading-related education only.

Trading Hood is not SEBI registered as an investment advisor, research analyst, portfolio manager, stock broker, or any other regulated financial intermediary.

We do not provide:

  • Investment advice
  • Financial advice
  • Stock tips
  • Buy or sell recommendations
  • Portfolio management services
  • Research analyst services
  • Trading call services
  • Guaranteed profit services
  • Assured return services

Trading and investing involve risk and may result in loss of capital. Futures & Options trading is highly risky and may not be suitable for all individuals.

Any trading or investment decision taken by the student is completely their own responsibility. Trading Hood will not be responsible for any profit, loss, financial damage, trading decision, investment decision, or outcome.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Trading Hood does not guarantee any fixed income, profit, return, job, trading success, recovery of losses, or financial result.

Any testimonials, screenshots, examples, profits, student results, or case studies shown on the website, social media, class, or any communication channel are only for educational/reference purposes and should not be considered as a promise or guarantee of future results.

9. Payment Gateway / Bank Charges

Any charges deducted by payment gateways, banks, UPI apps, or third-party payment service providers are controlled by those respective providers.

Trading Hood will not be responsible for any third-party payment charges, transaction failure, delay, technical issue, or payment processing error.

10. Duplicate or Wrong Payment

If a duplicate payment or wrong payment is made by mistake, the student must contact Trading Hood with valid payment proof.

Trading Hood will verify the payment details. Any adjustment, correction, or decision regarding duplicate/wrong payment will be made at the sole discretion of Trading Hood after verification.

Trading Hood reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated policy will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

Your continued use of our website, courses, or services after policy changes means you accept the updated policy.
